Cailyn started playing trumpet when she was around 10 years old, she is only 18 years old, and

She has been playing ever since. She was lead trumpet all throughout school, participating in concert

bands, Rhythm and Blues bands, many honor bands, and more. She joined Mariachi Latino in

September 2023 and have been playing in the band ever since. I recently started taking lessons at

the conservatory in Regina to improve her playing. Currently she is studying Music Education at

the University of Regina, where she is currently also in a Jazz Band and the UofR’s Wind

Ensemble. She teaches Guitar, Ukulele, and Singing with Regina’s Sing Like a

Star program.
